Privacy policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
Your privacy matters deeply in the work I do. This policy explains what personal information The Decisive Woman collects, why, and how it is protected, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
If you download my guide or join my email list: your first name and email address.
If you book a call or sessions: your name, contact details, payment details, and information you choose to share with me, which may include sensitive information about your health and relationships.
How I use it
To send you the guide and emails you asked for, to arrange and provide therapy, to send appointment reminders and invoices, and to meet my professional and legal obligations. I never sell or rent your information.
Where it's stored
Email list details are held in MailerLite. Client records, bookings and payments are held in Halaxy. Sessions are held on Zoom. Your email list details and your client records are kept separate.
Confidentiality and its limits
What you share in sessions is confidential. There are a few legal and safety exceptions, such as a serious risk to your safety or someone else's, or a court order. I'll explain these in our first session.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with one click. You can ask to see or correct the information I hold about you by contacting me.
