Booking details
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If you're already seeing a GP or psychologist, I'm happy to work alongside them with your consent.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full session fee.
